It is late in the day, and we are following a nondescript van along a quiet rural road when we realize there is a hand sticking out of the back door.
This is probably a group of kids headed home from school. They aren’t supposed to open the doors, but apparently they do it all the time because they are packed inside the van and want some fresh air.
Sure enough, soon the door opens wider and we can see the kids packed inside.
And then a couple of cars pass by and the door closes. It’s almost as if it didn’t happen.
