We have been trying all weekend to get to the Rio Grande Botanic Garden and now, on my last morning here, we have finally gotten there. About time, too, as it is a lovely place, with plenty of wonderful plants to enjoy.
Actually, we spend so much time admiring the plants, that we only have time for a hurried lunch at a table nestled against the giant aquarium on the other side of the BioPark. The food is good, but the fish-watching is amazing.
I wish I didn’t have to run off to catch a plane.
