I haven’t spent a lot of time in Ohio – a quick visit to a cousin in the heart of farm country many years ago and a recent long weekend in the Columbus area — but there are clearly plenty of reasons to visit.
Here’s what I’ve discovered. . .
The capitol of Ohio is located along the banks of the Scioto River in the center of the state. It’s a rapidly growing city with a wealth of historic structures. It is also home to Ohio State University (and its accompanying sports stadiums) and a number of very distinct neighborhoods, including the German Village and the Short North.
