Fireweed at the end of a northern Minnesota summer

The weather has quite suddenly turned to fall here in Minnesota. Summer went by in a flash (as usual), so I thought I would take a look back at the end of summer — and nothing says “the end of summer” in the north like fireweed (Chamerion angustifolium).
