We are on our way to the Cascades d’Ouzoud. It has been a long day of travel that included spectacular sights: the Ait Benhaddou kasbah, the Glaoui kasbah at Telouet , and the Tizi n’Tichka pass. But our driver promises that even more beautiful scenery awaits – if only we are willing to take a longer route to reach our hotel.
Lane is skeptical, but, of course, I am game.
It may not be the MOST beautiful drive, but it is very lovely.
